If you want to use PNG format files with the editor, you will need libpng12.dll and zlib.dll. For convenience I have put them here: libpng12.zip (125K). Unzip the dll files to the same folder as the mapwin executable (ie: c:\mapwin146). If you don't want PNG support you do not need these files.
